@-Michael W. - That's one animated film I have not seen yet. Gonna have to take that one in.

A couple flicks you might find interesting are:

Suddenly- Frees plays Lenny the henchman to Frank Sinatras' assassin. Also is the voice of the TV baseball announcer later in the film.

The 27th Day- Has a brief appearance as a TV newscaster.

Gay Purree is a great film! Saw it on CBS in high school, I believe. Classic Chuck Jones.

Hey, 'Vark. I've got a favor to ask of you. There's a subject that's been getting me a little hot under the collar for a while now, so I decided to post about it.

Here's the link: http://blogfodder3001.blogspot.com/2013/09/cliff-walking.html

Despite my irritation with the subject matter I tried to be reasonable and clear when writing about it. When you get the chance if you could give it a read and give me a second opinion on that I would appreciate it.

Oh, I don't want to prejudice your take on it, but I thought I should warn you, the subject is on the dark side and while the language wouldn't rate an R, it might rate a PG-13.

Thanks.

@Jay --- Frees also does the newscaster bit in "The War of the Worlds" (the good version). Which makes sense. If I was running a broadcasting service I'd sure as heck would want Frees doing my announcing.

I haven't seen "Suddenly", but if Frees is in it I definitely need to.

The 27th Day --- high on my list of films I haven't seen in a long time.
