Mike Trim worked on this one. The movie is complete, and lying in Distributor Hell at Fantastic Films. Go here: http://www.fantasticfilmsinternational.com/new_detailed.html
to view their stable. They can sell "Moebius Strip" and not "Agent Crush"? SHoot, Direct to Video would be a way to recoup SOMETHING!
Film distributors (and quite a few publishers)are peculiar animals. Rush to get something solid in the can and then let it sit for Lord knows how long. Meanwhile, if something's good enough, bootlegs will leak out and the distributor ends up with bupkus (see the history of Miramax with "Shaolin Soccer" one of these days).
Which reminds me: do you (or anyone else listening in) know of a film involving a reactionary radio show host who ends up the last human on earth, and he's being stalked by a sophisticated computer? I caught the trailers months ago but forgot what it was, but I believe it was an independent production.
As to the film I mentioned, I believe it's a fairly recent (within the last year or so) product.
Corman's "Fantastic Four"? Well, I was really thinking of good films, but I see your point (although Story's version wasn't actually all that hot in retrospect).
I certainly appreciate the compliment, and I won't lie and say the notion hasn't occurred to me, but I need to point out a few things. First: doing a blog would detract from the time I want to use working on fiction. Second: I already blog (of sorts) to you and a handful of others. Third: I feel the blogosphere is simply way too crowded as it is (present company excluded).

Looks interesting.
And, being helpful here, I recommend firstshowing.net as a good source of trailers.
Thanks for the tip.

Is it a current film?

I am obliquely reminded of the Corman (?) "Fantastic Four" outing.
Actually, I think that you just described The Alex Jones Show....

Michael, do us and yourself a huge favor. Start a blog. Pop culture or whatever. Don't stop reading and writing here, but do one yourself.
