Oh even I wouldn't argue with that. The Flying Sub's always been one of the most beautiful designs in video SF (up there with the Klingon Battle Cruiser).
Years ago I'd outlined a "second generation Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" proposal, and one of the major episodes was going to involve re-acquiring a classic Flying Sub.
Well, in regards to the first statement, I will confess to being so occasionally lazy that I'll sit through a film or television episode which I already have (usually in higher quality) on DVD.

Rickover should have built a Seaview.
